The renovation of our 1930s semi involved removing two structural walls, construction of a large bay window, strengthening upstairs floors and replacing a loft window. As the project progressed, a number of issues came to light, each requiring extra work. Despite this, Mark’s calm and confident approach meant everything was handled smoothly, completed on schedule, and kept within our agreed budget. Renovation Works – Upper Mayfield

Existing lean to was a cement block structure with a corrugated roof used as a utility room. Mark and his team replaced it with a stone build and slate roof, whilst laying foundations etc to build a second storey if we wished. They also rebuilt the chimneys on the house so now everything is in keeping and looks absolutely beautiful. Work site safety was paramount and they remained professional at all times. We would highly recommend their craftmanship and would definitely ask them to work here again if we had a future project. Joanne and Kath

Replacement Single Storey Building – Longsdon

We have employed Mark and his team on a number of occasions, including a whole new house roof and a new build stone and tile garage and outbuildings. We have always been extremely pleased with his work. He is skilled, diligent and knowledgeable and his work is first rate. He is also a good communicator and there are never any nasty surprises in either his work or the cost. He is also extremely tidy.
